Processing Time

All orders are processed within up to 2 weeks (14 calendar days) from the date your order is placed.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, including your USPS tracking number.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and the number of units in your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Melted Sole is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If this occurs, please file a claim directly with USPS.
