These booties are a fabric base with a heat transfer design onto the toe. The tie dye was done by Legend X Phenoms. Sizes 4.5” and up will come with ToughTek soles that are water, heat and slip resistant.
In order to get accurate sizing please measure the child's foot from heel to biggest toe and add .25"-.5" for growing room (personal preference).
